    what do u drink and eat all day ? and how much of it ?
    are you even over weight ?
    you need to consume as little if any fat and sugars as possible.. drink nothing but water green tea and herbel teas..
    and try to do as much cardio as possible
    u need to sweat and burn calories

    buddy heres what you gotta do get your priortes straight eat well, exercise regularly and dont drink pop. the easyest way to lose weight is to just got out and try im 14 i just got home from a three mile jog around my neighbor hood but i also lift regularly too so try a variety of things not just one hope this helps

    im 14 years old- female trying to lose 20+ pounds.i go to my highschools gym 5 days a week, sometimes only 4. and thats from 4pm-6pm and get an intense workout with alot of variety. im also eating healthier then ever. i have not lost a single pound and ive been working out for 3 weeks. i have tons of goals, but it feels like i am never going to achieve them. this is frustrating beyond belief

    I have been trying to loose weight from my thighs (since i always loose weight from the upper half), so I always had a 25 at waist but my butt is very wide.     i tried to run at least 30 minutes….if you get to tired then just walk fast….just keep moving…3-4 times a week
